The Performance Excellence Award combines a branch’s quality scores from customer survey returns along with packing, hauling and storage claims data to provide a snapshot of its overall performance.
Customer Choice Awards are based on the overall customer performance average from all scores on customer survey returns.
This is the 23rd time Hilldrup has received the Customer Choice Award, more than any other moving company in the United or Mayflower system!
