Hilldrup is thrilled to share that our own Linda Rivera, Vice President, Quality and Customer Relations, was recently elected to the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors.
The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce has been dedicated to creating and supporting businesses throughout the Fredericksburg region, offering a variety of services aimed to strengthen the local economy. Composed of leaders from the region’s most influential and community-focused organizations, Linda will represent Hilldrup as a direct contributor of these efforts and their positive impact on the community.
As Vice President, Quality and Customer Relations, Linda is responsible for the leadership and management of Hilldrup’s Quality and Customer Assistance departments, along with employee development and training. She provides direction company-wide to ensure that quality goals and objectives are reached as well as championing process improvement in order for our teams to consistently deliver the best overall customer experience.
Committed to the growth and outreach of her community, Linda is a graduate of the inaugural Leadership Fredericksburg class with the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and served as a mentor with the program for several years.
