Jordan McDaniel Hinkebein

Jordan McDaniel Hinkebein is the Senior Director of Internal Communications and Special Projects where she is responsible for all communication strategies and messaging within Hilldrup as well as fostering community partnerships and philanthropic relationships in support of the company’s culture. In her role she also leads strategic projects as directed and needed by the executive team.

Jordan began working at Hilldrup, her family’s business, during summers while attending high school and college. Jordan and her brother, Charlie McDaniel, represent the company’s fourth generation of McDaniel family leadership.

Jordan’s career background includes working in digital marketing and strategy for Horizon Media in New York prior to joining Hilldrup full time in 2015. Prior to her current role, Jordan managed Hilldrup’s Marketing team, strategies and directives.

She has represented Hilldrup and the moving and storage industry on a local, national and international level by participating in industry conferences and events hosted by UniGroup, LACMANext, ATA’s Moving and Storage Conference and many others. Philanthropically, Jordan served as a Board Member for Rappahannock United Way, led Hilldrup’s annual corporate campaign for United Way, as well as researches grant applicants who could benefit from Hilldrup’s corporate philanthropy, The Hilldrup Move-Up Fund.

Jordan graduated from the University of Virginia where she studied Marketing and International Business.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with family, staying active and cooking. She resides in Fredericksburg with her husband and their two children.
