Celebrating 2021’s Best of the Best Award Winners
Congratulations to those professionals and teams who shined brightest in 2021!
It’s an event that our entire organization looks forward to celebrating each year: Hilldrup’s Best of the Best Awards! The annual awards presentation and dinner is our opportunity to recognize and celebrate those professionals who truly lived out Hilldrup’s mission, vision and values the year prior and to share their success stories with the entire organization. After last year’s awards presentation was done virtually due to the ongoing pandemic, we were especially thrilled to get together in-person to celebrate those who made such an impact in 2021.
Our 2021 Best of the Best Awards took place on April 5th at The Woolen Mill in downtown Fredericksburg, VA. We kicked off the awards presentation by first highlighting our All Sales Award Winners, which included our honorees for Residential and Workplace Solutions. There was a special Pride Award based upon co-selling across business lines, and The Mane Achievement Award – presented to a Sales professional who not only exceeded their sales goals but embodied excellence in all that they do. Congratulations to those Sales winners!
For the remainder of the evening, we recognized Hilldrup’s Branch of the Year, Van Operator of the Year, the Charles G. McDaniel Award Winner and our six Value of the Year Winners. Congratulations to those teams and team members below!
Branch of the Year – Orlando
For their third-straight win, congratulations to Hilldrup Orlando! Although Orlando GM and Vice President, Ed Fitzgerald, couldn’t be in attendance, we were pleased to be able to celebrate with Team Orlando earlier and on-site with everyone.
Van Operator of the Year – Jose Espinal
Congratulations to industry veteran, Jose Espinal, on this well-deserved accolade! We appreciate all you do for our customers and for representing Hilldrup both on and off the road so well!
The Charles G. McDaniel Award of Excellence – Randy Rantz
Congratulations to the 2021 Recipient of the Charles G. McDaniel Award of Excellence, Randy Rantz! Randy has been an instrumental leader and part of Hilldrup for 40 years. At the end of 2021, Randy retired after 50 years of working in the moving and industry. He has inspired and led countless Van Operators throughout his career and we were honored to present him this most prestigious honor.
