Hilldrup is thrilled to share that our Orlando branch has been recognized by UniGroup for Outstanding Performance Scores – Honorable Mention within the Centers Network. The Centers Network, composed of Centers Agents, are UniGroup agents located across the United States who service container shipments as an alternative way to move household goods.
UniGroup’s container option, also known as SnapMoves, is the program specifically supported by Centers Agents. The move option allows for smaller moves – those less than 4,000lbs – to have the same level of quality and promptness in transit as larger household goods shipments, especially during peak season. Due to the shortage of drivers that the industry has seen over the years, the container option promises a quick, seamless move without the need for multiple crew members and van operators to be involved.
The close-looped network of Centers Agents helps to consolidate volume based on a tag-team effort across participating markets. Our Centers Planner calendar, displayed on a central dashboard, is updated at least every 24 hours to reflect our availability and to cross-reference those of other UniGroup agents ensuring that shipments do not stay in storage any longer than they need to.

This commitment to quality, service and availability has earned Hilldrup Orlando recognition in what is the first round of 2020’s quarterly awards from UniGroup to Centers Agents. Metrics including packing, delivery, claims and customer surveys are all evaluated. Recently, UniGroup’s top performers were announced and we were excited to be mentioned as an Outstanding Performer.
