Hilldrup Supports 2021 Band Together to Fight Hunger Event
Hilldrup is a supporter not only of the Stafford County Public Schools but also of their event that benefits the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank and its food pantries.
Recently, Stafford County Public Schools (SCPS) celebrated their 10th year of hosting the Band Together to Fight Hunger event. The showcase features five high school marching bands in Stafford, VA who “band” together to help raise money to fight hunger in the local community.
Hilldrup was excited to be a part of this event once again and support the SCPS community and the event’s mission by contributing a $250 donation. All donations – whether non-perishable food items or monetary contributions – directly benefit the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank and their efforts to stock the food pantries which are open to any students, faculty and staff of SCPS in need of food assistance. We were honored to give back, especially as the need for food donations increases around the holiday season.
We appreciate the opportunity to give back during this annual event and are thankful to all those involved who helped to not only make this event happen, but for the positive impact it truly brings to the entire community!
