Hilldrup Takes Top Honors During UniGroup’s 2021 Virtual Learning Conference
From the Customer Excellence Award to Sales Achievement Awards and Heart of Quality to Van Operator of the Year, our team was well decorated at this year's Learning Conference.
Hilldrup was honored to be recognized with several top awards during UniGroup’s 2021 Learning Conference. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s UniGroup Learning Conference in St. Louis may not have allowed for Hilldrup and our fellow agent partners to attend in-person, but there’s no doubt there was plenty to celebrate!
United Van Operator of the Year, Oluwaseun “Olu” Osinowo
One of Hilldrup’s biggest wins was our very own Van Operator, Oluwaseum “Olu” Osinowo, being honored at United Van Lines’ Van Operator of the Year. Olu was specifically recognized for his work in the East region where he serves our customers with the highest levels of quality, safety and customer service. Heart of Quality – 1,200 Plus Shipments – Winner, Richard “Rick” Hash
Richard “Rick” Hash was recognized for earning the Heart of Quality Award under the category of 1,200 Plus Shipments. Rick joined Hilldrup’s Customer Service department in June 2018 and has been dedicated to assisting our customers ever since. Rick credits the support of his fellow team members in Customer Service – to include Maria Piekarski, Lillian Niskala, Lisa Culver and Crystal Brinson – for their assistance in encouraging customers to submit their high remarks and ratings of Hilldrup’s service. The United Heart of Quality Award recognizes move coordinators across the van line who provide customers with exceptional service as measured by their customers’ post-move surveys from the previous year. We’re thrilled that Rick was awarded this honor and are thankful for he and his team’s dedication and commitment to serving our customers. Great job!
Sales Achievement Award, National Account Household Goods – First Place
Congratulations to Onie Girton, Senior Vice President, Sales and Client Services, who was honored as part of the United Masters Club Inner Circle for National Account Household Goods and for Total Revenue. The Masters Club recognizes United and Mayflower agents who exemplify outstanding sales performance within the previous year. Wonderful job, Onie!
Sales Achievement Award, Government – CFA Household Goods – First Place
Hilldrup’s Justin Moyer, Senior Director, Government Services, was recognized as a Masters Club Inner Circle – At Large honoree.
UniGroup Worldwide Sales Achievement, International – First Place
Hilldrup’s John Warlick, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, International who was awarded this accolade from UniGroup. Congratulations, John!
Hilldrup also took home the Hauling Award, Household Goods – Third Place and the President’s Club Award – $30 Million.
Customer Excellence Award
To conclude the agency awards, Hilldrup was honored with UniGroup’s 2021 Customer Excellence Award! In fact, Hilldrup is the only agent in the UniGroup system to have been honored an unprecedented 25 times!
