Matt Caler and Richard Snyder Promoted to Serve Hilldrup’s Workplace Solutions & Logistics Customers
Congratulations to Matt Caler and Richard Snyder for their recent promotions in the Workplace Solutions and Logistics team!
Congratulations to Matt Caler and Richard Snyder who were recently promoted to serve our clients in Hilldrup’s Workplace Solutions and Logistics division!
Matt Caler, Senior Director of Client Services, Workplace Solutions and Logistics, is now responsible for the strategic direction of the newly formed Workplace Solutions and Logistics Client Services department. In his role, he will oversee our team of account management professionals who act as liaisons between our customers and our senior management, sales executives, our customer experience team throughout Hilldrup’s footprint. Matt’s efforts ensure that the Hilldrup team is delivering exceptional customer service, consistent with our value of Unwavering Commitment. Previously, Matt served as Director of Client Services for our National Account business.
Richard Snyder, Senior Workplace Solutions Account Manager, is now responsible for providing management and oversight to key Workplace Solutions accounts in the DC-Maryland-Virginia footprint, focusing on providing responsiveness, accountability, and assuring a quality experience. In his role, Richard will provide responsive, reliable and cost-saving solutions and strategies to our clients, in addition to providing knowledgeable feedback to Hilldrup’s service crews. His goal will be to ensure Hilldrup is constantly improving and exceeding the expectations of our customers. Previously, Richard served as Operations Manager for Hilldrup’s Capitol Heights branch.

Matt has been with Hilldrup since 2016, and Richard has over 40 years of industry experience, the last four of which have been with Hilldrup. Both Matt and Richard will report to Justin Mahon, Vice President, Workplace Solutions.
