Tamika Mitchell Joins Hilldrup as Vice President, Human Resources

We are thrilled to announce Tamika Mitchell has joined our organization as Hilldrup’s Vice President, Human Resources.
Tamika brings over two decades of experience to her role from leading human resource divisions for prestigious institutions and companies throughout the Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. area.
Tamika specializes in recruitment and retention, leadership training and development, as well as compensation and benefits administration. She champions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts for Hilldrup branch-wide, as well as strategic planning efforts to ensure that we remain an employer of choice across each of our markets.
Tamika earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and her master’s degree from University of Bridgeport. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
In her free time, Tamika enjoys reading mystery and science fiction books, attending dancing lessons and spending time with her family.
